I truly appreciate how the owner handled my situation. After my initial bad experience with customer service, he personally called me several times and even left messages until he was able to reach me and apologize.
He asked if I still wanted the order and guaranteed that I would receive it the next day, which I did. When the delivery arrived, he was very, very nice and helpful. He even asked me where I would like him to place the boxes and made sure everything was perfect. He is a very kind and respectful man.
He explained that the customer service representative is new and assured me that he will make sure this does not happen again. To make up for the inconvenience, he gave me one of his products as a gift, which was very thoughtful.
This completely changed my experience and showed how much he truly cares about his customers. Thank you for the excellent service and for taking customer satisfaction seriously.

I watched on the tv show how is it made how they made the apple strudel looked amazing so we ordered you get 15 amazing Apple strudel s in a box they were best strudel ever so we have tried other products and best pastry products from jumbo beef roles to apple strudel great quality free delivery awesome customer service.would recommend to people who like a good deal great quality and quantity.
