Fresh House is a hidden gem! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. What really sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service—the staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. Great food, excellent service, and a place I’ll happily keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

Love this place. The drink options are amazing and they taste soooo good. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. You must stop by for a drink and a yummy Protein Cookie. Also, don't forget to try one of the Immunity Boosters.

Finally proper watermelon juice. I don't know what the Village Juicery is using but clearly they need to call Frsshouse and ask who their suppliers are. The smoothie was also amazing. I feel like I'm at peace here

waited more than 15 minutes for my order. When I arrived, I was the only customer, but several people who came after me were served before me. After waiting, I had to ask about my order, and the staff seemed to have forgotten it entirely.

When I finally checked in, I was told there was an issue with the frozen coconut needed for my coconut bowl. However, I had already paid 15 minutes earlier, and no one informed me about the delay or the problem.

I understand that businesses can get busy, but better communication and organization are essential. If staffing is an issue, consider scheduling additional help during busy periods. Given the prices, I expected a more professional and customer-focused experience. Unfortunately, the service felt dismissive, and the overall experience was disappointing.

To make matters worse, after all the waiting and confusion, I was ultimately served a frozen coconut.

Carol is absolutely 💯 the best in every way!! She makes us want to come back because of her friendly, smiley, warm demeanor and positive vibes she sends. The acai bowls are amazing, the sandwiches are sooo good! Love it here!! 🙌🙌💕
