Had lunch at this restaurant on a Saturday. The variety of food on the lunch menu is less than dinner but there’s still plenty of choices, including salmon sushi, and the food tastes great! I highly recommend satay chicken/beef skewers. Plus it costs less than $30 per person for an AYCE lunch on weekends (with cash discount).

I visit many times, it's my favorite restaurant in this area.
Went there for Valentines, terrible experience. We ordered the all you can eat. They over charged us and the food was ok but the service was extremely slow. I lost my appetite by the time the food came. Don’t waste your money here. I have had better all you can eat Japanese food in Vaughan.

Don't do it, probably the worst sushi I've had at an ayce location. Much better option elsewhere around Vaughan. Rice was hard, sashimi didn't smell or taste fresh. The tempura tasted off as well.

I am a local guide too around here. Over the years at Ichiki, the portions were very balanced- allowing us to eat without being too full. The sushi is very good too and there were many leftovers brought home. However, over the course of 2 years, the service has extremely gone down in terms of friendliness and overall setting a good mood. They can definitely work on the atmosphere as the lights are sometimes very bright (Many of us do love dim light!). All in all, a spectacular place but needs severe work on the atmosphere. The food is pretty nice too. I recommend if you are looking for a quick, pretty tasty place to sit down and enjoy! :)
Food is absolutely phenomenal! Not a single dish we had at all you can eat was bad. Came out fast and toasty!Service was questionable. On one side they are very fast, on the other they're are a little rude and give off a very bad vibe. It always felt like I was inconveniencing my server. There was no real interaction at all, just very cold, yet fast service. They seemed smiley and happy talking to eachother though.Still 4 stars because frankly the food and speed was top-notch, I just can't give 5 stars to a place I don't feel welcomed at.
