Well worth the drive from London for these sandwiches. Large fresh meat filled sandwiches.
With Nonna in the back with a large pot of sauce cooking I was hoping not to be disappointed. And I wasn’t.
My new favourite sandwich shop.

Came in not too long ago and ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich with provolone. The sandwich was very very good. No shade to the nearby sandwich shops, but this one is a notch or two better than the rest.

Sauce is flavourful and the chicken was very well cooked. Sandwich came to $16 with provolone and it has 2 or 3 chicken cutlets in it. Very good value considering it is the size of two sandwiches

We sought out this hidden gem in Woodbridge as we were searching for veal sandwiches. Absolutely delicious. The best I have ever had.

Nice place to eat and friendly staff. I ordered the deluxe chicken cutlet sandwich and found it disappointing. One of the first bites I had was extremely tough to chew through, kind of like leather. Taking a look at where I bit and it was a section of cutlet with no chicken just the fried breading. The parts that had chicken were fine. See photo below of the tough part.

Fantastic Chicken Sandwich! Sorry no picture I ate it too fast ? definitely a must try! And just over $15 not bad at all. And it was HUGE.

The food was absolutely amazing, very tasty!! The service was great as well!! The atmosphere gave off a warm and comfortable feeling, plenty of seating area! I rarely give 5 star reviews, but this restaurant definitely earned this!! I will for sure be coming back!!

I was just passing by til I noticed this shop. I had gotten a hot veal sandwich with extra tomato sauce and mushrooms; which was really good; and a gatorade on the side. The place looks very clean, has many tables set up to dine in. First time coming here and the food was amazing. The prices were alittle expensive but this is the first time my veal actually felt spicy! ? Also waiting for the food was only fast as 8 min wait.

Parking: There are allot of small shops here which make the parking lot fill up pretty much all the time, but you will find parking ?️

This place is SO GOOD. We got the chicken deluxe and the veal cutlet sandwiches. The bread is nice and soft and not too massive like some other sandwich spots. Also we came at 3pm on a Wednesday so it was nice and quiet. The inside is clean and good for dining in. Will def be coming back often!

$14 for a single layer of chicken is a bit ridiculous. This is supposed to be an Italian sandwich. Not sure how anyone is OK with this. Before the rename to Mama Rosa Parmigiana was never this skimpy with ingredients. Service is always great and pleasant.Unfortunately I won’t be returning until changes are made, I recommend going to California Sandwiches instead.

Beautiful meatball sandwich for my first go at Mama Rosa's. Soft kaiser, fresh sauce, and delicious toppings. Can't recommend enough if you're in the area and want a satisfying, home-cooked sandwich. Can't wait to go back for the veal and eggplant.
