Ordered a Tom Yum noodle soup with vermicelli as takeout and Sate pho. I would give 3 stars for the tom yum soup base and 5 stars for the sate soup base. However, only 2 stars for the noodles since they were overcooked and clumped together so 3 stars overall.

Decided to try this place out since it’s nearby to my house. Ordered a Broken Rice dish with Grilled chicken and a fried egg. The piece of chicken that came out was tiny! Compared to other pho restaurants, this one is definitely cheap with their portion sizes. It tasted okay but I left the restaurant still hungry. I shouldn’t be hungry still after paying $16 for food.

Hands down, one of the best pho places in Woodbridge! Since moving up here from downtown, my husband and I have yet to find somewhere that brings me back a little bit of home. Pho mama definitely does that! Their wonton soup with egg noodles is my go to for when I have a cold! We are for sure going to be long time returning customers!☺️

UGH i hate writing bad reviews but this place is something else. Ive dined in 3x in the past 2 years and the food is 6-7/10. Service is 0.5/10 (the 0.5 is for the bare minimum, bringing my food from the kitchen). I'm used to eating superb viet food in the city and unparalleled customer service, but i now live close to this place so I had no choice today.Im feeling under the weather and my partner who is away on a business trip insisted i just use ubereats instead of driving.I ordered a rice and curry vermicelli and salt and pepper fried squid for myself.why did they find it necessary to cancel my entire order because they don't have SHREDDED PORK for the rice? That relinquishes my uber promo discount.Did they make attempts to call me? Sure. 12:34 and 12:37 Twice and left no voicemail? I thought it was spam until i realized its probably the world's best restaurant trying to reach me. And then had the audacity to cancel after i called a second after 12:37.I always despised the service here even when dining in. Always tipped 15% even though they can tell i was not pleased because its not about the $ and im not cheap. Hope they would learn from their mistakes. Guess not.Drive a bit further for Pho Vaughan people. This incompetence is not worth it.

Great food. Very fresh. I like their pho broth, good flavors ?. Very kind and friendly. Seems family owned and run.. not sure but it's it's comfortable atmosphere.I tried their spring rolls ( fresh and fried) loved them. Will definitely go back to try other dishes. One thing I was disappointed about was that they had Banh MI on the menu but they don't offer it ? you should. It's so good.

Great customer service and kid-friendly restaurant. They gave my daughter a cute bowl and utensil set.Once I ordered offal porridge and it was too bland and watery. The owner apologized and exchanged a new bowl for me without charging extra.Foods are good, they reduced quantity a bit. That’s fine to me. I understand small businesses are struggling in this Covid era.

We've been to Pho Mama several times and can't say enough about how yummy the food is.We've tried the saté beef rice noodle soup, the lemongrass beef vermicelli, the phò, the goat curry with vermicelli and all have been absolutely delicious.The service is always very good and friendly and the restaurant itself is very bright and airy. The washrooms are also very clean.We will be back very soon!
