This is superior pho - the best I've ever had in Canada or the USA. The broth is flavourful yet delicate, the beef is never stringy, the chicken is always moist, the trimmings are always fresh. And the owners are simply the best. I can't speak to the rest of the menu but the soups here are all top shelf and the cha gio is to die for.

Came for brunch right at opening at 11am. We were the first patrons of the day.

I got the pho tai bo vien and Vietnamese iced coffee.
The pho broth was clean and not oily, it hit the spot and didn’t make me feel disgusting or thirsty after which is always a good sign. There was a good portion of meat as well. I got the small bowl which was $17, typically other places charge this for a medium bowl so this was definitely a bit more expensive than it...

When you are in the mood for some authentic Vietnamese and Thai food, look no further than this hidden gem. I don’t know what the Vietnamese equivalent of an Italian nonna is, but I am certain she is hard at work in this kitchen! Best Khao Soi I have had in the GTA, but feel free to experiment with all the menu items because everything is that little bit better than you are used to.
