Sorry, but I drove my friend to this location, and it was her first time eating from here. To put it mildly, the food wasn't what she expected, but the kicker was the wait time to prepare a simple bowl of rice and add some ingredients ! Over 25 minutes, I waited in the car.
And get this....she was the only customer there at the time. She won't be going back, she says.
Ya gotta get faster, folks.
On a positive note, the price was pretty decent, which brings to mind an old adage.... You get what you pay for.

The person taking our order was really nice. The place is clean and the placement of condiments and utensils was convenient. They also let me have a lot of garlic sauce with my fries! The chicken was a bit dry but everything else in the shawarma laffa I had was pretty good and fresh. If you prefer white meat chicken, this is the place for you! The fries were also hot and crispy.

Worst service. I placed the order online for my whole office staff for dinner at 11:30am. It showed pick up in 25 mins. We came after 40mins and still my order was not ready. They were serving the walkins first and haven’t even prepared my order. The manager and cash out person was so rude. Total waste of my time and money. I almost spent more than $130 on this order. Worst experience. No respect for people’s time

The person managing the orders was very rude! This is horrible customer service. I placed order for my whole office staff and now we will be delayed and it’s waste of our working hours. Honestly have no idea why they have such good reviews. Chicken was too dry and hard, my jaw was hurting. Whoever was working on Sunday, she didn't even ask what type of sauce we wanted she just put white sauce all over. Wasted our money...

I have recently tried chicken souvlaki wrap . It was so delicious and perfect. Service was also very good . We will definitely visit again.
