When I go inside I ask for chicken shawarma nd she say it’s not ready so wts is mean not ready I read the sign board it’s say open so it’s time waste

Came here last night for the Blue Jays 50% off signature wraps sale that was advertised on their Instagram account. At first the cashier said that she would honor the deal, but when I paid the wrap came out to full price instead of 50% off. I asked her why this happened, and she said that the offer is only for signature wraps, which they don't offer at this location despite it clearly being on their menu. Instead of honoring the deal like initially stated, she said I could complain to the manager the next day. I felt scammed and the whole situation reeked of terrible customer service. I won't be going back again which is disappointing since I used to be a regular customer.

Excellent Experience!
I had such a great time at this restaurant! The place was spotless — everything looked clean and well taken care of, from the tables to the restrooms. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending this spot to friends and family!

I come here all the time. It’s my most frequent take out. No reason at all for any of the negative reviews. Food is great, portions generous, always great customer service. I would say though that the rice is a little bland and lacks salt and spices, and the beef kebob is very different from restaurant quality, it is quite fatty and less meaty. However, overall great food and love coming here. Salads/veg always fresh, shawarma delicious.

plate for 4 people. They served cold doner from the day before. The salad was wilted. Nothing was fresh. Cold and tasteless.

I ordered a special shawarma (chicken) 8.95 and a beef kabob on fries 🍟 16.95 I THOUGHT I was going to have salad. NO.! And in the picture menu it is showing salad. I was trying to ask but there was a language barrier. I am always up for suggestions. Please sale with more information and beef (grownd beef) should be informed to the customers. Over all I will not come back. Lack of information and I still had to tip 2.00. Well it's not the money is the way the menu is shown and not delivered that is called False advertisement.! I camera in hungry and I am leaving angry.!!.
