Sara's Bakery offers tasty food with highlights including chicken empanadas, tres leches, and iced coffee. The iced coffee is praised for its perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. The chicken and beef empanadas are flavorful with crispy pastry, while the pork and cheese empanada was considered a bit salty by some. Recently, customers have enjoyed the Lomito and Beef Milenesa, both of which were described as great. The bakery also serves a variety of treats such as churros, cakes, bread, and cookies. The churros are noted for being hot and fresh, filled with dulce de leche. Prices are slightly steep, but overall, it provides a satisfying experience, making it a worthy return visit. Despite occasional issues with flies, the food is generally well-regarded. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff have made it a hidden gem in the Woodbridge area, with many customers eager to return for more delicious baked goods and sandwiches. Customers appreciate the quality sandwiches with fresh ingredients and healthy serving sizes, along with the friendly, family-owned environment. The bakery is known for its Argentinian and South American delicacies, including cakes, pastries, empanadas, sandwiches de miga, facturas, and alfajores. One customer noted the cheese empanadas were nicely filled but a little too oily, possibly reheated in a microwave. The coffee, priced under $2 and filled to the brim, is a favorite for starting the day with value and fairness. Overall, Sara's Bakery remains a popular spot for delicious baked goods and hearty sandwiches.
