SPARKLY Japanese & Thai has a really nice interior and a fun, modern vibe. The decor feels fresh and stylish, which makes the dining experience enjoyable. The food was good overall, and it’s a nice spot for Japanese and Thai options. However, with all the new technology in the restaurant, I do feel the menu and ordering system could use an update to make the experience smoother. The menu selection also felt a bit smaller compared to other all-you-can-eat places. Still, it’s a nice place to try, especially for the atmosphere and decor.

I would rate the food 3.5/5. Went to weekend dinner and all they had was fried bananas and ice cream. Atmosphere was nice it looks like a high end place, but not satisfied with the food quality for what I paid for.

Quality has gone done a lot over the years. We used to go when the name was Spoon and Fork. The quality was still excellent when it was purchased and renamed to Sparkly. Over the years, the quality has steadily declined. Experience also felt very rushed. Disappointing.

The cleanliness of the restaurant has gone down dramatically. Table was sticky the menu stuck to the table and was ripped when we pulled it out. Washrooms are not in good shape. Food is still good. However, its not about juat making as much money as possible. I would recommend they focus on quality and upkeep in keeping the restaurant clean.

I've been coming here before they changed management from spoon and fork. Really good thai dishes, although I wish the food was cooked consistently. Everytime I order the beef teriyaki with peanut sauce, it's either really good or not the greatest. Sometimes they precut it for you and sometimes they don't, sometimes it's medium rare and other times it's overcooked. I prefer it to be uncut. The peanut sauce is the same way, it's either thick and creamy or very watered down. Sushi can be a hit or miss, but I like the fact they serve sashimi for lunch and their hot and sour soup is delicious. Hope they keep the food consistency the same.

i came here for my best friend*s birthday dinner the food portions were very huge but everything was very delicious and staff and service was incredible i highly enjoyed my experience and time at SPARKLY and maybe next time I should definitely try there noddle dishes or their delicious desserts all the food was delicious and i will come back for sure
