Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House Woodbridge

We have visited twice so far and they don't disappoint. the portions are generous and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. They pay attention to details. Even during busy times the wait for food is quick.

Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and the staff were friendly! Food was excellent!! Didn’t have to wait for a table but started to get really busy with long wait times after 30 mins of sitting

Let me start off by saying we love Stacked! However, this location is definitely substandard or perhaps it was just our server. We regularly visit the Stacked locations in Bolton and Hwy 27/Langstaff and they are amazing. We were in the area and visited this location and was extremely disappointed. Not sure if our server was new but she didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. She was un-attentive, very all over the place, did not check in, did not bring water refills, forgot toast for 2 of our orders and said no to every request we made for our order. I appreciate there are no substitutions, however if someone has an allergy it should be taken into consideration. I should have asked to speak to a manager but honestly wasn’t in the mood. I appreciate it was very busy but she needs retraining on how to multitask.

The food was cold the service was not good at all, me and coworker sent the food back and they still charged us for the complete full meal we did not eat, absolutely do not recommend this breakfast restaurant

cannot work from there due to no outlets and no wifi available. I’ve seen a few people express there concerns with this issue.

Same issue with not being able to work there but figured we would tether from our phones, enjoy a meal and get some work done.

Food came out cold , we ate 1 quarter of the food if that. Complained and they kept coming back trying to get us more food (5 times). We ordered Turkey bacon and they brought us that plus a pancake.

Little to our surprise they charged us for our full meal.

Washroom was disgusting, the front door was opened , and we froze

The food was decent, but what lacked was the customer service. At the end of our breakfast my friend fell and no one came to help her. She slipped Don their floor and the waitress came over after a bit, but was useless and did nothing to help. Once my friend was up she continued to do her job and walked away. Sad actually.

If there’s a “flavour” of pancake you crave, you’ll likely find it at Stacked. This is the “Wild Wings” of the pancake world, with more options than I am certain you can dream up. Beyond that, all of the locations I have been to are pretty much the same. Nothing special.

Parking: Woodbridge

The overall experience was not good.

From parking, the entire curb side parking had snow not covering the entire parking but enough so that the car cannot be parked in the spot and no, other parking spots were available.

Got seated at the spot closer to the door, people entering and leaving leaves the door open completely making the seating uncomfortable.

Service has a lot of room for improvement, been to other stacks, the one is Bolton is a lot better compared to this one.

Food overall was good. Lot of quantity. Good quality as well.

Driven by a few times, so we decided to try. Good variety on menu, something for all. Service was good, food was served as expected. Pancakes were light and fluffy, yummy!!! Coffee was good too!!

Horrible experience was eating and found multiple hair strands waitress was apologetic but manger seemed to just want to brush it off saying to us “just don’t pay for it then”. Missing the point on how fast it is to
loose appetite when finding something like this in your food.
