Very slow service. We have been here twice in the last 6 months after going to Canada Wonderland. Both times the service is extremely slow compared to other Swiss Chalets. We went today and we were unable to leave for 1.5 hours because of the wait. Even to get a bowl of ice crea/donut for my chikdren took a long time. The food is good as expected, but I don't recommend people come here if you want fast service

Chicken was dry. But server Casandra was excellent.
Spent almost 100$ for 4 dinner packs. I just want to know how you call yourselves a chicken place. The chicken sucked sucked sucked. It was so dry I couldn’t even pull apart my leg, drowning it in chalet sauce didn’t help either. Chicken was most likely sitting pre prepared under a heat lamp all day, I’d be shocked if it was cooked that way. Haven’t had Swiss chalet in a long while but this completely threw me off, save your money and make your own chicken at home (even if you can’t cook I’m sure it’ll be 100% better than what this location sells)
