The main reason for all the stars is Nicole. When I say EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, I mean it. She was sincere, she was attentive and made sure that we had a great experience. This is true customer service and alot of restaurants can learn from her, especially the Swiss Chalets in Brampton.

The tables in this restaurant are disgusting. I am surprised that this location has not been closed by health. I have been eating at this location for years. We are regular customers and have watched this location try out the salad buffet and then remove. These tables have been revolting since COViD. The world now is very aware of the spread of germs. I can not let any of my utensils touch this table because of the filth. Today I arrived to see that some of the tables have been...

My recent family visit on Tuesday to Swiss Chalet was made truly memorable by the amazing service and food. Our server, Victoria, was incredibly friendly, checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Even though it was slightly busy, we felt taken care of. Will be back again!
