I guess my biggest complaint is that I asked for a couple of dog treats for my the dog. They gave me a couple of timbits and then they charged me for them. I guess that was pretty disappointing.
I always go to the Tim Hortons at Cityview and it’s by far the best one. The service is always fast and friendly, and the staff make you feel welcome. Dunya, in particular, stands out every time I come in — she is so kind, and She makes sure orders are right, greets everyone with a smile, and treats people with genuine care. Her customer service is honestly the best I’ve experienced at any Tim Hortons.
I always come to this location and their service is always incredible as well as their fresh quality of food. Drive thru moves so fast when it’s busy. Staff are always doing a great job especially German.
