Drive-thru and they forget to give an additional order. Gave one order at the speaker box then when I got to windows, I added one more order and seeing if it was busy asked if she can do it. The server said it is ok. Told me the adjusted total and gave me my presume 2 orders in one bag and said have a great day. It was a cookie and a muffin. I had to drive back for my cookie thinking it was in with my muffin and it was not. 🙆🏿
I guess my biggest complaint is that I asked for a couple of dog treats for my the dog. They gave me a couple of timbits and then they charged me for them. I guess that was pretty disappointing.
I always go to the Tim Hortons at Cityview and it’s by far the best one. The service is always fast and friendly, and the staff make you feel welcome. Dunya, in particular, stands out every time I come in — she is so kind, and She makes sure orders are right, greets everyone with a smile, and treats people with genuine care. Her customer service is honestly the best I’ve experienced at any Tim Hortons.
