The interior needs some help inside. I called 4x while i was on my way there but no one picked up or even bothered to call back. It was about 27mins drive for me to get there that’s why I was hoping to order in advance. I got there, there were teenagers as customers treating the place like they’re camping other than that there were no other customers. I placed the order at 6:11pm. The total bill was $59.55 and I was told it was about 10-15minutes wait. Okay. No problem. I didn’t get my food till 6:40pm. That is not 10-15minutes wait. The person who was taking orders didn’t seem like he was in the mood to work. No hi no smile nothing.It also shows that my fries was mixed with old fries because some where crispy and good and some were soggy.

My kids were craving wings on the way home after their Jiu-jitsu class and a quick google search led us here. The service was good overall. The attendant was helpful and answered my questions regarding the menu as the names of the sauces don’t clue you in about the ingredients and there was no description in the paper menu. He did have to go in the back and help in the kitchen as more orders came in so after getting our food I had to wait like 5 minutes for him to come back to the front just to get some extra napkins.The facilities are small, so there are a few tables and chairs. It really is more of a takeout place and not a full sit down, full-service restaurant but the kids were hungry so we ate there.They didn’t have any paper/disposable plates and there are no washrooms available in their premises and with little ones, you know they always have to go even if it’s a quick stop so we ate quickly and left. Again, this might be because it’s a take out/delivery place. Still, cleanliness and overall ambiance could be improved.We ordered the family deal and took home some leftovers. The wings were flavourful and drowned in sauce. The cheesy-garlic bread did not need the extra spices. I believe they had a Cajun dusting which was overpowering and made it too salty but the Cajun seasoning on the fries was perfect. The kids almost devoured the entire basket of fries with the gravy before I could even take pictures.Overall they get a ? the kids enjoyed the food and said they would eat there again and hence, so will I. Might try their Jaffna fries next time!

Today we got the Taj Mahal, Honey Garlic, and the iconic Town of Jaffna wings. Loved them all so much and we will definitely be returning!
Wings were just "ok". The place needs to be spruced up. Dirty chairs, walls, behind counter. We were lured here by Instagram posts. We were a little disappointed.

Place doesn't look so appealing once inside. Not to mention terrible customer service. At 930 pm I'm rudely be told we're closed. While the sign says 10pm for a close time. These people need a course in how to treat they're customers. No need to revisit. Wings weren't that good the first time.

The prices that are reflecting online are not correct, we ordered over the phone and when we picked up the food we were charged a higher price. On checking with the server we were informed that the price online is incorrect. They were not ready to match the online price which is on their website, Lack of customer service. I am very disappointed

The wings taste good, but if you’re looking for anything spicy whatsoever don’t waste your time. I’ve had WoW Wings in Whitby, Ajax, Scarborough, and here. This was my third time trying the knockout wings at this location, and I even specified that I like heat and am looking forward to the knockout flavour. For the third time there was literally no heat, 0/10 heat, might as well just have been garlic.Every other WoW Wings has great heat, so I don’t know why this location avoids it like the plague.

Went here for the first time last night. Food was amazing!! Will for sure be back. Service was a bit slow only because they were very busy, so that’s actually a good thing. They only have 4 tables of 4 if you want to eat in. Most people order for take out. The location seems odd but it woks. They don’t offer table service of any kind. Order at the front counter then wait, basically like any fast food place. Purchase pop/water by the can/bottle. Overall it was great.

UN-WOW-ED! Ordered their Markham special. Not only was their fries salty but received the wrong wing sauce order with the wings. We ordered the bumble bbq sauce and ended up with a tangy, overly salty and seasoned wings that was nearly inedible!Some recommendations:Confirm customers’s orderHave some sort of system in place to ensure consistency and quality.Less salt!
