Service has been going down everywhere. Just not at this location! The staff working tonight were really nice, gave me everything I asked for, fresh ingredients in the sandwich I had. The sandwich counter girl made an amazing sandwich!! The cheese was perfectly melted. East bound Timmies is great!
I doubt if this is even Tim Hortons. Very bad customer service. The employees are extremely rude and everything they served us was not what we ordered. They also changed our order without our consent.A big thumbs down ?

If I could give 0 I would. 15 minutes with 3 people in front and 2 tills open plus drive through staff. Like really was this everyone’s first day avoid this location Looking at all the other 1 star reviews the owner needs to look closer into this.
