I've only ever been to the two Tim Hortons on Talbot Street in St. Thomas and only as a drive through customer. East talbot street Tim Hortons has a fairly decent drive through however the product availability and service are lacking. The whole point of mobile ordering is so that I don't have to wait in line.. I ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich and had to wait in line behind 2 people because they hadn't made my coffee yet.. I don't pay early to show up and have to wait for my order. Annoying, when it's first thing in the morning before work.

This is the only location for maybe a 1/3 of Woodstock. Only walk in and drive thru. Walk in is Always a pain. Many others complain about grumpy lazy employees and they are right. I noticed now they finally have a door chime so they will actually take orders. They should just buy that lot next door and make it a proper Hortons.Franchised Hortons really are something different.
