Mercado Negro offers delicious food and quality service. The owner and Head Chef are kind and personable. Some customers had issues with billing and special occasions not being acknowledged. The restaurant has a newly renovated atmosphere and every dish is delicious. Overall, it is highly recommended for a great dining experience.
