At KFC, the food is tasty and the employees are polite, providing wonderful service. Despite some negative comments, the experience was positive, with respectful treatment towards customers. The manager at this location is praised as an "angel" for addressing customer feedback and ensuring a positive experience. The service from the staff is described as excellent, with one customer stating this is the "best KFC" they've had. However, there is also mention of a less than enthusiastic server, which impacted the overall experience. The chicken is enjoyed, though some customers would prefer a thicker batter. Overall, KFC remains a good place for a meal, especially with the friendly and attentive staff who cater to customers with care.
