Very fresh chicken sandwich and excellent customer service

I bought a deluxe chicken sandwich combo at this popeyes location and took it home to eat. I took the fries out of the bag and the portion size was so small than usual. The sandwich seemed ok when I opened it but when I took a bite it was hard like the meet was dried up, the sandwich wasn’t juicy at all and the meat doesn’t look the same as always. I expected better coming from a big company and known for their chicken. I paid almost $16 and deserved better than this.

If there’s a negative rating here i would even give them -100 for their service. I placed an order via uber eats and it took them 1 hour to make it. And also it’s disgusting how they make their food here. I hope the corporate does something about this location.

Just straight thieves. If they don't have what you ordered they'll silently replace it with something else off the menu instead of asking you or cancelling the item. Don't go to a restaurant that will defraud you.
