There is no other bagel you need to eat in the GTA. None. Primrose continues to nail the perfect texture and taste, and their commitment to perfection is amiable. Every time I go I buy extra to share with friends and family and convert them to the Primrose way. They are always happy.

The Primrose bagel is a thing of beauty! It’s magic. A slightly less dense bagel than a Montreal one. Maybe more proofing? Really, works of art. I’m a bagel guy. I dig bagels. New York is good. Toronto is good. Montreal is good. I don’t play favourites. The zaatar bagel is sublime.
