You order a XL coffee, pay for a XL coffee, 10 seconds later the person your paired and order with says “I don’t see XL cups sorry” hands you a L and walks away 🙄

Total gong show at 9am. Line up backing out onto Dundas, food missing from my walk in order.
Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I have been to this location 3 times. Every time there is an issue. Forgetting my order, letting me wait over 15 minutes for a loaded box and then apologizing that they have forgot my I der after I asked twice for it. Serving other customers (who placed the order after me) before me even thought we had the same order.
I'd not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good experience.

This Tim Hortons is always a great place to grab a coffee and quick bite. The service is usually fast and friendly, and the staff make sure customers feel welcome. I really enjoy their fresh coffee and the variety of options, from donuts to breakfast sandwiches, which are perfect any time of day. The atmosphere is cozy and casual, making it a nice spot to sit with friends or get some work done. Prices are also very reasonable, especially for the quality you get. Drove through this tims almost everyday their staff is excellent, and their customer service was top notch.
Terrible service!!! First, cannot understand what the staff are saying in the drive-thru speaker OR at the window! Then asked how I’m paying before even telling me how much my order is. The kicker was they didn’t even know what I ordered!!! So I was told to “park” but not told where since there is very limited parking at this location. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: get your staff in line! This is absolutely ridiculous and Tim Hortons should do better! Lots of more qualified and pleasant people that could do this job much better.

I asked for no sauce, I asked again at the window. Is there no sauce? They said ya ya… of course they made it with sauce. Tim Hortons has fallen into the gutters.

Very bad experience for the evening time! 10:12 pm we came for drive thru and the store website says the closing is 11pm. We waited for 2 mins at drive thru for someone to speak, we thought its close then we saw a staff from the inside that is just playing on his phone. Very bad experience

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. There were quite a few large flies inside the store, especially near the food area, which was very off-putting. I also noticed staff handling baked goods with bare hands while refilling trays, no gloves or utensils were used. This raises serious hygiene concerns and I hope management addresses this soon. Cleanliness and food safety should be a top priority

To the owner of this location, please take action! There is a very rude Filipino man that works there, I think his name is Joe. He gave me a sleeve for my coffee that was very wet and sticky and when i asked him politely for another sleeve he snapped back by saying it's only water! It doesn't not matter what fluid is on the sleeve, it is wet and a customer should not have been given it in that damp condition so STOP fighting with customers!! The other day my friend went to the drive thru and she was paying by debit the same man snatched the debit machine right out of her hands and then started yelling that it didn't go through and she replied had you not snatched the machine out of my hands then maybe it would. I will not be returning to this location because of this worker. Customers are the reason you have a job so stop being rude. You make mistakes all the time so learn from it and stop fighting your customers. Also i notice every Wednesday they are already closed by 930pm and that is not their closing time at all so Owner please monitor this location closely and if and when you do your location may not receive such bad reviews!
