Absolutely terrible service. Completely ignoring the customers standing in line while they take orders from the drive through. The person behind me left in frustration without placing their order. I had to complain several times before getting service. Grumpy manager offered no apology.

Never have I gone through the drive-through and had someone say welcome to Tim Hortons. Can I take your order or anything like that? These people answer the drive-through like they’re answering their home phone about hiiieeeee. If there was another drive-through in the area, I would avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs

Their sign says 11PM everyday. Showed up at 9:50 and the lady locked the doors up. Please change your hours on the door AND online.
