about 6 weeks ago I ordered a Reuben with corned beef, turkey and extra kraut. I used the drive thru and once I got home all that was on my sandwich was turkey. I filled out the online form to let them know about the problem and the fact that this had happened a couple times before. I've never heard a word of apology from them so I guess I just won't go back ever again.
according to the reciept they got the order right just whoever put the sandwich together ignored the order.
usually good. but horrible tonight.
missing items and food practically thrown at us through the window.
