I had a very disappointing experience at this Crumbl location. On my daughter’s birthday, she politely and sweetly asked the employee if she could have two cookies. Instead of responding kindly, the employee raised her voice and angrily replied “Nooo,” which was completely unnecessary and harsh. I was standing right there and witnessed the entire situation, and I was shocked that an employee would treat a child this way. My daughter was hurt and upset, especially on her special day.
A place like Crumbl should feel welcoming and friendly, especially for children and families. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a very negative impression. I truly hope management addresses this behavior so no other child has to go through the same experience. This is not the kind of memory a child should have from her birthday.
