I ordered two pizzas this evening while my grandkids were at my house. One of the pizzas was completely burnt around the crust and on the bottom. Nobody would even take a bite of it!! I’ve called over 15 times and tried to leave a message, tried to get someone to answer and every time I was put on hold then they hung up on me. I want a refund! Worst pizza Ever! Never again😡
Spent almost 1 hour in store and finally went up to cancel order and it was there. Cold food and left. Will not go back. 3 times in a row with pizza order issues.
Awesome pizza made just as requested. This pizza was way above any I have in Albany.
