Little disappointed, ordered 5 item via app & only 2 items in stock. They were out of chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls & creamy chicken and rice soup on a Sunday afternoon.
Thank you for the excellent service I received today! Your team went above and beyond when my order needed changing due to an ingredient not being available; making the service slightly delayed! I did have to change my order, but was reimbursed for the original and an absolutely wonderful Fuji apple salad was provided instead! I will definitely be back again and will spread the word about the wonderful team at Panera Bread Albany, Oregon!
