my partner and i popped in today and the worker was so sweet and informative. we got four cookies, all of which tasted so good! not overwhelmingly sweet and very chewy cookies and 1000x better than crumbl cookies! definitely will be coming again!

The drug culture references are kinda weird, but the real crime is $5+ for a mediocre cookie. In particular I thought they were kinda small and the quality of chocolate was not great.

Not great. Tried this place on a whim the other night and it was a let down. Some flavor in the cookies just doesn't sit right. None of the cookies we tried (red velvet, smores, chocolate chip, strawberry cheesecake) had any real wow factor. They were just fine, minus the weird after taste.Not worth it in my opinion.

The ones that were fresh were amazing and way way WAY better than like Crumbl. But half the ones we hot were older from that day and kinda hard and dry. Looks like they do frozen or dough so you can bake at home and that would probably be my go to next time. But for cookies I don't have to bake and as a special treat I'd take these all day. The strawberry cheesecake one was awesome. Them and crumbl seem to very much have the same general busimess model and would chose these eveytime. Again just wish they were all soft and fresh, they did revive in the toaster oven though at home
It was ok, definitely a stoner cookie that's more of a cake texture. Wish they had more variety and seasonal stuff

The cookies were perfect. crunchy yet soft. I heated mine for a few seconds. The flavor really smacks you in the face without actually being overwhelming. I was hesitant to order because of the early reviews, but I’ve been telling my wife for a while that Crumbl is not very good so we had to try a new place. This is so much better and I recommend it ????????

I noticed Cookie Plug across the parking lot a few weeks ago. Truth be told, after I read the dreadful and unwelcoming article in the Dem Herald, I knew I had to try some. I got my chance last night. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I like the concept. Way different than the usual "ain't that sweet" bakery. I tried 4 varieties , OG, Mac Daddy, Firecracker and Pixie Junkie. I took their advice and nuked them a bit in the microwave. Wonderful! Great flavor, especially the Firecracker (S'more). Melty goodness. Highly recommend and will be going back.
