Worst experience and rudest customer service ever! My kids and I had bought 2 Boo! Books and used some of the coupons last night. Went in today and the manager tries to tell me that they aren’t valid until October when I had just used them the night before. He tried to argue with me about it until I showed him that it states, on the coupon, that they are valid starting 9/5.
