“I appreciated the cleanliness of the shared spaces at the garage food carts. It was easy to find parking, and the location is great. I'm excited that there's a Filipino food cart not too far from where I live. The service was friendly, and while the food was okay, I felt the garlic fried rice didn't live up to expectations, considering it's a staple of Filipino cuisine. The Spam was good, and my son enjoyed his lunch. However, the prices were a bit higher than expected. I will go back to try other dishes. I do love supporting local food trucks!“

“Just happened to stop by one day and had the fish sauce wings and was literally blown away, the food at this place is really amazing and I have eaten at the best restaurants in Portland. I usually stop buy have a pint and order food to go which most of the time I don't even finish my beer before the food is ready.“

“I just ordered delivery from Lu’s through DoorDash, and it was my first time trying their food. It was SO GOOD!! Best meal I’ve had in a long while! I got the chicken thigh yakisoba and it was flavorful, tasted fresh, and wasn’t soggy like some yakisoba tends to be. Thank you for making delicious food and staying open for delivery during the COVID outbreak! Definitely a new favorite, highly recommend!! 💕 Great price too!“
