Best halo-halo in Oregon, by far!!!
Friendly service. Best variety of freshly cooked Filipino food. One order is enough for two people. Worth traveling all the way from NE Portland.
Lovely ladies each time I go in :) boba milk tea is delicious, cantaloupe is my favorite. Lumpia is also fresh made and is amazing. They’re always so sweet when I go in. They’re close Mondays and Tuesdays, fyi. But great food :)
