We LOVED Buddy’s and can’t wait to go back! We moved to Ashland from Kentucky and missed the taste of BBQ so much. We weren’t sure what to expect here; the menu was a little slim since they had sold out of options and there was one sauce. Finally have found real-deal brisket here in the Rogue Valley! Pulled pork was also good and I really enjoyed the sauce and how they served the plate with good pickles and thin slices of raw onion and a thick piece of good soft bread. Wooweee I really enjoyed it all and will be a frequent regular customer for sure!
Good brisket and pulled pork. They have a side case of bottled beer, including Shiner Bock, which is appreciated. Wasn't impressed with the sides (cole slaw, beans), but you can't have it all.
