I got the wild salmon and found that it was a weird color and a few minutes later I confirmed that it was farmed salmon from a different country 0 out of 10 would not recommend

Delicious! And the food too! barrell aged Mogli (porter) and the barrel aged Old Growth Imperial (stout) are meals in themselves.

We came to town for college basketball and stumbled upon Caldera's being close to the hotel. Drinks, soup, burgers, fish and chips, mushroom fettuccine...delicious. Fresh and full of their own flavors. So good, we came back a second time in parties of 6-8 and they were great with service, checking on us and again no one was dissatisfied with their food. Awesome ambiance, very comfortable feeling. Family lives close by and I'm sure they will frequent the place now. I'll be back eventually.

The food was great, Eva J. not so much. I think if I had a whistle it would not have gotten her attention.

The food was very good and fresh. I had the Beer Cheese soup, which was awesome. My husband had the Fish tacos which were fresh and tasty. My husband liked the beer. I had their homemade root beer, which was also very good. We'll definitely come back when we're in Ashland.

Caldera in Ashland, Oregon, was once a cherished favorite, especially with its roots dating back to the tap house on the creek in downtown Ashland. However, post-pandemic, there's been a noticeable decline in quality. While it remains a solid dining choice, the charm and excellence that long-time patrons fondly remember seem to have diminished. Despite the changes, it still holds its own, making it a viable option for those seeking a familiar taste of the past. Beer is delightful as always, no changes there, and that is the one factor that keeps us coming back.

Nice and unique design place. Servers were a little rush to leave rather than checking our whole orders. Foods were nice but it was not amazing.

The food here is so much nicer than standard brew pub food. We live 600 miles away, but we can't go past without stopping.

Meh. Early Saturday afternoon, hardly anyone here. Food was cold at arrival, how does that happen with a fryer? Beer was good, would have liked to try more but the waitress kept trying to cash me out, so I did.

Went for dinner and a beer. The ahi salad was overdressed to the point that it destroyed the salad, the dressing is much too sour and strong for the dish. The ahi was dry and had no flavor. Mate's food was ok. I'd have said something if anyone ever came to check on us, which they didn't. Not once, not to see if we needed another beer or more food - NOTHING. When it was time to give the check, she literally plopped it on the table and said, "Pay me when you're ready," and walked away. Still never asked if were satisfied, no thank you, nothing. It was mostly empty (3 other tables and a few at the bar) on a Friday night when downtown places are packed and waiting lines out the door. Our waitress stood around chatting with another worker, so it's not that they were too busy. Worst experience I've had in years, and I never write reviews. But this was too bad not to say something. Save yourself - don't go!

Random pick for dinner and blown away! The food was much better than your typical brewery food and beer selection was great. IPA listing is impressive!
