Carlitos is a real neighborhood experience… it is especially nice to see people enjoying a glass of wine under outdoor pergola. Suzanne takes great pride in the food and service. Tonight we tried the risotto - delish!

the indoor seating area is beautiful, and there’s a lovely dog-friendly patio space with a view of the Ashland hills.

Carlito's may not be at the center of the downtown Ashland action, but it is well worth checking out. Food was really good...flavorful & satisfying! The owner, who was also our server, was very friendly and approachable. Outdoor seating was comfortable and prices were comparable. Wish we had a place like this in Roseburg!

My wife and I had lunch here. We each had minestrone soup and split the lasagna. Everything was excellent. The soup was full of vegetables and flavor and the lasagna was meaty, nicely layered and delicious. The service was so accommodating, generous and from the heart. It’s easy to see how much love and care is put into the preparation and presentation. We will definitely be back!
Oh, and there’s lots of outside seating, and it’s out of the downtown hubbub.

A really nice little Italian restaurant on a hill in Mountain Meadows. The Lasagna was wonderful, and Suzanne was charming.

Wonderfully fresh Greek salad. The Exotic pizza blended savory and sweet flavors nicely. The homemade tomato sauce is the best that I’ve tasted. Terrific crisp and crunchy crust.

A lovely place! The owner is really kind and everything in the menu is delicious, you should try the Pesto cream pasta!

My good friend and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and eating at Carlitos. It was so delicious.. Customer Service was top notch. We really enjoyed Carla.. I am sad that we live 300 miles away from Ashland because I would frequent this place for the wonderful menu . Would highly recommend you to stop in and enjoy the food and a glass of wine or beverage of choice. Cheers!
