Came here for dinner with a party of 5 and it was an amazing experience. Extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. It is so beautiful inside and it was lovely to sit on the outside patio that was heated. Our server was so knowledgeable of all the food and helped us with great recommendations. Everything we ordered from the apps, to drinks, to entrees to dessert was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Definitely one of our new favorites in the Rogue Valley! We went to celebrate an anniversary, and Cocorico felt like just the right amount of fancy... special while still being comfortable. We were welcomed warmly, and our waiter, Greg, took great care of us and pointed out the unique flavors of each dish so we could appreciate them even more. Our favorites were the roasted carrot special, the garlic bread (not on the menu but a must-try), the duck confit, and the chocolate mousse. The wine and cocktail menus were extensive and our picks were delicious. Plus, the volume of the restaurant was perfect - nice ambient music that didn't impair our conversation at all. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely atmosphere and inventive menu items! We had a terrific dinner here. We started with cocktails, which were very well done: dynamic and tasty. They lasted the whole night, so find an interesting one to keep you company through the meal. I recommend the Oaxacan Old Fashioned.
Excellent presentation on the dishes. The rich and creamy burrata starter came out accompanied by spiced apple bits and candied nuts. Really got the palate going. My main was a goat cheese stuffed steelhead wrapped in grape leaves (fish special). Super interesting and yummy. The grape leaves were crisped, so each bite had a crunch to it as you made your way through the fish and then got hit with the saltiness of the goat cheese. Terrific! 5 star dish. We also got the chickpea tagine, which was lacking seasoning and not the best. The halloumi in the dish was the best part—maybe I’m just cheese-crazed?
Atmosphere on the patio was fantastic. Flaming space heaters keep you cozy and cast a romantic glow on the whole affair. Cocorico is definitely worth a go!

Cocorico is my all time favorite restaurant in Ashland and I’ve lived here for 35 years. Best service, amazing owner, delicious food and beautiful ambience. Never disappoints, except my favorite desserts (chocolate pudding with animals cookies and pistachio tiramisu) are off the menu 😉

Had dinner here and was served by Tim. Great service from him and everyone. Was leaning toward the fish and asked him between 2 other choices. He recommended the Bolognese and that dish was outstanding. The wife ordered the Steak Au Poivre and it came out perfectly cooked. It had amazing sauce underneath it, peppercorn sauce and it just added to the flavor. We also ordered the house salad. And as boring as ordering a salad was, it came fresh and flavorful. Came with buttermilk ranch on the side, but didn’t even need it. What a wonderful restaurant in Ashland with great service and amazing food. Will come back again for sure.

Cocorico is considered, by many of my friends and family, the all time best restaurant in ashland. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is charming yet sophisticated, the staff is beyond friendly, and whether you are indoors or on the outdoor patio, the small space doesn’t get too loud for conversation. The drink menu offers something for everyone- marionberry lemon drop is amazing. Appetizers the deviled eggs are top notch. Main course would have to be the chicken. Best chicken I’ve ever tasted. Flavors of each dish are crafted to perfection. Absolutely divine! Cocorico number 1!
The food was phenomenal, the staff very friendly and accommodating. My server was very helpful accommodating my food allergies and even suggested a desert option that could be modified.

Finally made my way here and did not regret it! The flavors are so good, the atmosphere is dim and fancy but with a casual flair, the service was top notch with high attention to detail. I got the mushroom Bolognese which I felt was packed with flavor. The others at my table got the fish specials which were cooked to perfection. Their cocktails are complex and satisfying. This is the perfect date spot or place to celebrate or simply just treat yourself.
