Staff is always super friendly and they stayed open for us specially because my elderly mom had her heart set on a burger. They were so kind and the food is always good. It's the only burger place we go to. The portabello burger is awesome for the non-burger eater in our house too. There was a mix up with our take out order and it was not available when we came to pick it up at the scheduled time. The awesome staff moved mountains and had our order ready within minutes - no small feat as it was for 5 hungry people. The burgers were hot and delicious and the fries were to die for. Thank you, Flip team.

The restaurant was filthy dirty, the front door had visible dirt and greasy fingerprints everywhere. We sat outside and the tables looked they had never been wiped down.
