Oh, Gil's. How I love you. Let me count the ways.. 1.. Your beer is good. 2.. The people that work here are rad 3.. Nachos. And wings too. But oh hey gotta deal with that fly problem on the patio. Pyrethrin in water and spray it down out there! Keep up the good work! <3

Been to Gil’s a few times. Beertenders are knowledgeable. The food is always great. Enough beer styles for everyone’s taste and they offer NA drinks.

The Brisket Banh Mi was fantastic, I did not expect it to be that good and I can’t wait to get it again. The outside eating area was clean and well heated for the cold evening, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

Staff were excellent, event the patrons were superb. Was glad to order a non alcoholic beverage, bonus points for it being the perfectly not too sweet CBD drink. Shared all 3 tacos (the lingua was bomb🤘🏻) the minestrone soup and wings. Came to about $30. Outside seating is heated, so nice, and there are fire pits, so cool. Really happy with my experience here.

This used to be my absolute favorite pub, but their beer prices seem to be creeping up and up monthly if not weekly!

I don't know what it is about Ashland, but I simply can't afford $7-$9 glasses of beer. I don't mind $15 sandwiches so much, but really? $8 for a beer? You folks have simply priced me right out of there!

Good luck this winter when the tourists are all gone, and all you have left are the working class locals.

I mean, let's be real... you want a great beer and an affordable awesome lunch where all the locals go, just go here. Enough said.

Fantastic little cottage serving over a dozen taps on glass, pitchers, growlers and Crowlers (32 oz to go cans.) the food was excellent, as well. Homemade buttery pretzel with the best fresh cheese sauce I've had in the PNW.

Kid-friendliness: There is a large outdoor seating area where kids can roam a bit. They also serve juice bottles, and kids will love the bright paint job.

Stopped in for some wings & a sandwich. I had the Brisket Bahn MI & both classic Buffalo & Habanero Orange wings.

The sandwich was out of this world! The wings were good for oven baked. The orange habanero were HOT which is what i wanted. Overall a killer place to eat.
