We love this place! They accommodated our unexpected extra guest (we'd made a reservation for 4 but another person joined us. A 5th chair at the end of a table for 4 near the back door worked beautifully without the 5th person feeling left out of the conversation). We ordered one special crudo plate and 4 rolls in addition to the delicious shrimp/veggie tempura. Our hands-down favorite was the salmon tempura roll - although all were great. We are locals and never get tired...
Kobe always delivers. Not one meal out of so many has ever been bad. The food is subways spot on, the quality, drinks, service.. all top notch. Our go to for romantic evening or entertaining out of town guests.
We have loved Kobe for so many years! It is my two daughter's favorite restaurant. Even through small changes and evolutions have occurred, their consistency of quality rolls and quality service because of experienced and dedicated staff allows them to remain on top as one of the best sushi restaurants in the world. We travel globally and know the best but right here in Ashland, Oregon, is the very best.
