the sushi was good, but did not blow me out of the water, so I felt it was slightly overpriced. I was impressed with their sake list and would return to try out some more sakes. We sat inside, and at first we were seated at a table awkwardly close to another table, I felt quite crammed and actually asked if there might be another option. We were sat at another table that was more comfortable, but instead of across from me, or even beside me, my husband had to sit at a right angle...
Wonderful atmosphere with table right on Ashland Creek! Food was great. Service was a bit slow and our server graciously apologized, letting us know that they were training some new people. We were still happy!
It was good but should be for 80 bucks a person...I recommend the king salmon from new Zealand and the black snapper both were excellent...I didn't like the roll we ordered...yes portions are small but it's downtown Ashland.
