I had high hopes after reading other reviews and absolutely was not disappointed! The baristas were friendly, organized and efficient, the milk tea was awesome and they nailed the sweetness level I asked for. I will definitely be going back to try all the other flavors of milk teas they have. I 100% recommend this place!

Amazing! Tbh I wasn’t expecting a ton from boba in Ashland after traveling from LA and bay area but this place was reallllyy good! It was 100F outside and we got mango green tea and passion fruit tea. Both of which were sweetness adjustable and great. Boba texture was perfect and not super hard or too soft. Employees were very kind as well which was cherry on top of course?

Super cute and fun shop with board games, nice seating, and even a couch to sit on. Their staff are honestly angelic with how they deal with customers (especially during rush) and I've never had a drink messed up. Speaking of their drinks and snacks... Creative and absolutely delicious!

I first tried Milk Tea here while I was in town for The Shakespeare Festival. I had no clue what to do or how to do it but the staff were kind and waited through my stuttering and questioning while giving useful answers as well. Tasted great, Amazing Atmosphere, Amazing Service, Amazing Staff, 100/10 Would Recommend for people who have never had it before.
Dietary restrictions: They have non dairy milks for their Boba and Milk teas
Kid-friendliness: They had some flavors that kids would find appealing Like Chocolate Milk tea and little bags of snacks on a shelf near the counter.

I’ve had drinks that taste really good and some totally terrible. My biggest complaint is that the sweetness is not consistent. I usually say half sweet and then it’ll either come out too sweet to even want to consume or flavor less. If it was a consistent flavor I would come here more often.
