Nous Reviews
Superb experience in Ashland ! And an outdoor patio that let us bring our dog . Really nice experience mixing French /German cuisine and reasonably priced wines with great service . Molly and Charles , the co owners , bring French / German experience . Loved the menu - the trout was just tasty, the starters varied in choice . All the staff were helpful and welcoming . Best meal of our Oregon trip to the Shakespeare festival. Strongly recommend . !
We were so excited to try the food at Nous Restaurant—we’ve had Chef Charlie’s cooking at a previous spot and absolutely loved it. For my wife’s birthday, there was only one place she wanted to go: Nous.

Absolutely loved our dining experience at Nous Restaurant in Ashland. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor; every dish was a delight. Their wine selection is thoughtful and well-curated. Our server, Kyle, truly elevated the evening with his attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service. We’ll definitely be back!

Nous is a welcoming restaurant that offers many gluten free options. Guests can enjoy pretzels with cheese dip, Mac and cheese, salmon with roe and celeriac purée, chicken thigh with beans and fennel, and a spicy cake with coconut cream. The dessert called The Ashland, a spice cake on a pool of coconut cream, is also a highlight. The menu rotates seasonally and includes dishes that are flavorful and suitable for all ages. On Sunday nights at 4:30, the restaurant hosts a game night with cribbage, Monopoly, sushi go and other fun games while serving pretzels and water. The staff check on guests regularly and refill water. The bartender is friendly and attentive, and the chef or owner often comes out to greet diners and talk about new dishes. Guests also enjoyed the delicious Alasation Food. The interior has a green and pink color pallet and hosts art shows, adding a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The restaurant is a good choice for a quiet dinner, a date night or a night out with kids. It is highly recommended for anyone looking for an amazing meal and a nice environment.
