Love this place, food is great and affordable, which is rare in Ashland. Feels very community-loved. Breakfast burritos, burgers and vegetarian food are all really good. Counter service only, but very good, always efficient. Please don't ever change Ruby's!

You don't pay an arm and a leg to eat at Ruby's and the food is good. I enjoy eating their food whether I'm eating in or ordering to go.Vegetarian options: Most vegetarian dishes can easily be made vegan. I ordered a veggie burger the last time I ate here but there are burritos and sandwiches as well.
