Senor Sam's is an Ashland locals staple. It's affordable, nutritious, and knows how to stay in its lane. Authentic? Not really, no. But the wet and wild big burrito is enough food for two people on a date and comes in under ten bucks. The people who own it are extremely friendly and generous with the homeless in town. This is a place that cares for its community and deserves the reverence of locals that it has.
I went to Sam's for lunch today and was helped by Dawn. I got a giant beef burrito and it was spectacular (The burrito was big enough I kept half for dinner tonight). I've always had good luck with Senor Sam's at any of their locations. There are a lot of choices for customization and I can get as fancy or plain as I want. Excellent service and huge portions.

I loved this place when i lived in Ashland. Free beans and rice at the end of the day was usually good but sometimes they woild run out because there were so many homeless in Ashland like myself but i went there for the burritos and buffet too.
