Sushi Heaven is excellent. My most recent visit, the restaurant was very busy, but I was still treated with immense care. Staff assisted me promptly and incredibly kindly.

The food was incredibly good and well worth any wait. One of my favorite restaurants in Ashland.

The folks who run this restaurant are doing an amazing job!

Would have liked to try their food. Turned away at 730 pm one full hour before close because they were too busy.

sushi heaven? more like sushi hell! when we got there we stood at the door as they stared at us. we sat ourselves and got a menu. after that, we had to wait 10 minutes before a server even batted and eye at us. we had to ask a server and we put in our order. it took them 45 minutes to get our food out. and then when we got it, the sushi was warm, the hot dishes were cold, and they had forgotten a whole dish. the service was sad. they had the fancy robot that is supposed to bring you your food and every table got it excpet for us :(
bad experience

Review by my 9 year old:
"The sush is ?AMAZING! Ramuné, super! there is a super cute cat robot!?Overall ,it is very good and i suggest to eat here. My favorite things are the Spider Roll and the Oh Yes Roll. I would eat here every night if i could!"

Dietary restrictions: My son is allergic to sesame and they were able to put a note and the sushi chef was extra careful!

Dining during the play high season can be stressful but this was the perfect stop and the menu is larger than what’s posted online. I was cautious based on other reviews, but we were greeted warmly at the door, prompting directed to our seats and served water immediately while our drink orders were taken. Food arrived swiftly, with a human and robot server. The chirashi was beautiful and the tamago just right. The fish was firm and fresh. I was told the bento was yummy by people in my party. The crunchy sweet potato and avocado roll combination was a creative and vegetarian option. The shiitake mushrooms on top of the mango and macadamia roll were especially delicious. Service was attentive and filled waters without being asked. My tea was also refilled, unbidden. I shouldn’t have to mention this, but based on other reviews, I’ll add that we were warmly thanked as we left. I wasn’t expecting much on the touristy part of the neighborhood and I was pleasantly surprised. Spouse suggested we return again next trip.

Sat immediately but waited twenty minutes and never even received water so we left. The table next to us got sat just before and received drinks and never had their order taken either. First time there too , had higher hopes.

When you find a good thing you stick with it. The Screaming Potato, Red Dragon and Eternal Sunshine rolls are perpetual favorites, as is the tempura combo. Add an inari (sushi rice in a sweet tofu pouch) and you have an incredible meal.

The service is always humble and respectful; and unique with its robot delivery to your table.

Dine here.

good sushi! they had limited options for a sushi place, which i actually didn’t mind because that is often overwhelming with too many choices. they were very busy when we were there, but still got us our food quickly. they also have a little robot who carries the plates for the waitress! it’s super cool & cute. in one of my favorite parts of Ashland as well :)

It’s no secret that this part of Oregon is not known for their Asian foods.. so we are lucky that Sushi Heaven exists in Ashland! I’ve been going here every time I’m in town for several years now. The family that owns and runs this place is the best! Friendly, generous, kind people. And the food is top notch! Even tho it’s mostly sushi as the name suggests, you can order off-menu Korean items as well. Good people. Good food. Good times! And now with Robot Server Cat!!
