Human Bean Love the clever name. Driving along the 5 and needed liquid snack so stopped by for a Match latte(rated good by a connoisseur), tasty iced hot chocolate(not a connoisseur), Americano was rated highly by coffee connoisseur. Service A+ . Dutch Bros across the way oddly didn't have a customer when we visited.

This location needs serious district management help. If you’re a traveler and reading this, pass this location and go to Medford. I have experienced numerous incorrect drinks containing dairy and breakfast sandwiches which were still frozen. Talked to management who didn’t care. Talked to corporate who never resolved this situation. I’ll be giving my business to Dutch Bros here on out seeing there is no service recovery.
