I had the worst customer service for simply clarifying what I wanted to order. If you don’t like working there or not like attending customers maybe this is not it for the lady with black hair.

The custard is smooth and just the right amount of vanilla and sweet. The tots are crispy, the fry sauce was my favorite, the ranch is thick and creamy, the black and Bleu burger was perfectly done. The buns were soft.

Custard was great! Ordered a large vanilla with Oreo, cookie dough, and Reese’s with hot fudge. The same amount of ice cream as a McDonald’s cone. Was expecting a little more for a large but there was still enough to split.

This was such an odd and unfortunate experience. While ordering, the simple request for BBQ sauce instead of ranch with an order of chicken tenders seemed incomprehensible to the young lady taking the order. It was like the idea of anybody wanting anything other than ranch was just not an option. When our order arrived, it had a creamy red sauce unlike any bbq sauce I’ve ever seen. When we went to the window to exchanged what looked like fry sauce for BBQ, the old lady at the window slammed it shut and ignored us until somebody else walked up, then shouted “you bbq people are back” to the younger cashier. They both confirmed that the pink creamy sauce was their version of BBQ sauce, but made it VERY clear that we were the problem and that even asking for something other than ranch was offensive and inconvenient. Establishments like this make me wish tipping only occurred after food was received. I hate that we tipped this young lady just for them to be so rude and empty headed.
One of the best or possibly the best blue cheese burger ever! Staff was great and fries were amazing. A must for anyone visiting or living in Astoria. Highly recommend! I will be going next time I'm in town! Love this place!
