As a local here forever, this is top tier smoked fish. I never buy fish as I catch my own but if I do, it's from here.
We’ve been coming here for years just for your smoked salmon. We found Josephson’s as we were passing through one year and got absolutely addicted to your brandy wine smoked salmon. We’ve traveled the world and have tried smoked salmon as far away as Alaska, and many foreign countries. We keep making trips just to get Josephson’s! Absolutely livid!!! I spent way too much money to get home and find out I bought Atlantic salmon in Astoria/PNW. Absolute trash would give a negative star if I could!!! You would be ashamed of yourselves passing off your food as PNW fish. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I stopped here. I want my money back and you can have your crappy fish back
