The staff are very hardworking people. Fast service and good sandwiches
Building looked old and moldy, which is not a great first impression.
Ordered through the app. Decided to eat my sandwich there. Got about 2 bites in and felt a very long hair down my throat. Tried to pull it out and it broke off with some still remaining in my mouth. Opened my sandwich and looked in there and I saw more wavy black hair in my sandwich. Asked for a refund and was initially told that they can’t do refunds for orders made in the app. After consulting her manager, they were able to process my refund.
