Nobody came to greet us. Order made on digital screen, didn't receive all of Order. Chicken strips were over cooked (very dark) condiments were not readily available; I had to stand at counter quite a while before someone came, just to ask for ketchup. It has become terrible joke with my mother, who was VERY unhappy with the food and service.

Frys were cold and it was a 30 minute wait for 2 little meals, nuggets tasted like meat balls too, the biscuit and chicken sandwich was the only thing good

So I'm writing this to just bring to the owners attention that your KFC IS FILTHY I don't blame the staff because I'm sure it's more a staffing issue than anything else. It was clear to me from the moment I walked in that cleanliness was not a priority to your business. Every table had crumbs all over the floor, booths looked disgusting. Also was clear that the staff haven't been trained properly or just know one cared to. Took about 20 mins just to get my order because there wasn't any of the spicy chicken wings made ( the promotion item ATM) and if it was swamped busy I would be more understanding. I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THIS KFC! and it wasn't busy at all at the time. Just poor training and a lack of business understanding is what I think it comes down to. I won't be coming back. The Cornel would be disappointed...

I ordered the 3 chicken tenders meal with a Pepsi and 2 apple bites. The chicken was so tough I couldn't even bite into it. That went to my dogs. The Pepsi was flat and went down the drain. The French fries were fresh and hot. The apple bites were cold, very disappointed overall. The 2 people were very pleasant, but as everything I ordered was finger food, some napkins would have been helpful, but there were none. Overall, Im pretty sure I won't be going back.

Came in at 9:15pm. They gave me my bag but I had to wait a little bit for an item but no biggie. While waiting I decided to snack on my potato wedges. Opened the bag to find a half empty carton. Asked to have the container filled and they said I’d have to wait 4 more minutes if I wanted them to put more down. So they ran out and just figured they’d give me what was left? I then asked for a refund for that item and even offered to take anything else else of the same value so my food wasn’t sitting and they said they can’t do that and I’d have to go online for a refund. Store was dirty too. Won’t be visiting here again any time soon

Went through the drive through, the person was either incapable of handling the head set or has a learning disability, we ordered a single breast mean and a Mac and cheese famous bowl. We received 2 single breast meals, went back inside, got order corrected they let us keep the extra mean. Both single breast meals original recipe, where OLD AND LIKE JERKY, the FAMOUS MAC BOWL the chicken was cold and very old, all the Mac and cheese was cold. This was at 7pmish
