Well everything went great till I got home and there was no coleslaw. My husband request coleslaw with every dinner I but from kfc.so pretty much this was a disappointment seeing how we live to far away to go back tonite. So I called the guy says next time im in town I can pick up a coleslaw I said im not stopping but for a singular coleslaw .can you compensate for a small two piece meal or a sandwich and sm.colslaw.he sas needed to spend to mngr james .I sd ok he said no.you ruined my dinner and cant make good on it.most places would cover the whole meal.which cost around 50.00 no reciept given to me either.needless to say check your order.ill be contacting corporate to see if this is protocol.i worked many years in customer service and this isn't making me feel appreciated. I literally put my order in. Through the kiosk and there’s nobody in the front nobody in the back. I called out several times. I’ve been standing here for about 15 minutes. Nobody in the store.still waiting for anyone. If I was the owner of this KFC, I would be severely pissed off. At my staff.

We stopped in as we were EVCharging near by... We were greeted enthusiastically, and served warmly. It's so fabulous to be the recipient of someone's amazing Vibe! It really changes everything!
And the food was hot and fresh and tasty!
We've already decided we'll stop in again, on the way home as well.

My husband brought me dinner as a surprise 😮 I was definitely surprised. We grew up in the era of cook as you go food. My chicken sandwich was like a dry stringy Jerky sandwich. I couldn't say how old it was. Management is in need of an overhaul please 🙏 ❤️ The coleslaw was rancid, but the mashed potatoes were perfect 👌 Here is to hoping for fresh next time

Didn't have chicken pot pies wouldn't get any in for 3 days. Didn't have apple pie bites still charged me for them had to ask for a refund they wanted to comp me with a biscuit or a soda I refused I wanted refund they had to get Mgr. Wasn't greeted or acknowledged I was there by anyone. No cashiers to order you had to use 1 of 2 kiosks and one was down. People behind us would have to wait 30 min to cook more original chicken. No one helped using kiosks the couple in front of us had to help us. Us being myself and 9 yrs old grandson. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was the only person in line in the lobby, waited 10 minutes before anyone talked to me or took my order. Only one lady was taking orders, she was doing great! Lots of staff just standing and looking at me. Very disappointed!

Was there for over an hour there was at least eight employees only worried about drive-thru when the line was out the door they was being rude to customers at the drive-thru the heavyset blonde/grey-haired woman... We all asked if they was going to take our order and said right now we're busy with the drive-thru whoever runs the store needs to really watch the cameras and listen to the mic this Crew is a complete joke and a disgrace to Astoria . I will be filing a law suit on how we was treated

Jimmy and Trevor decided their window time was more important than their customer service while I was explaining to my mother her options. Then they ran out of receipt paper and could not provide a receipt. Didn't even bother to tell me though. I had to over hear their conversation. Somethings change... just not this KFC.

It was freezing cold in there. I had a heavy jacket on and was still cold. Not very comfortable to try and eat your dinner. An employee was sweeping the floor and decided to sweep right next to me, including over the top of my foot as I was trying to eat my meal. They forgot my utensils and my mom's corn on her order. Very dissatisfied with the interior service.

Litterly have people sleeping in rvs and cars in the parking lot corporate doesn’t care about their stores hit or miss on food quality. At least the employees quit wearing pajamas to work and carrying teddy bears around 🤣
