Bridgewater Bistro offers an exceptional dining experience with excellent food combinations. The pork chop features an amazing flavorful sauce, while the ahi tuna is served with wonderful pureed carrots. The salmon is perfectly seasoned, and the short ribs are supremely tender. The presentation is unique and beautiful, and the service is great. Desserts, especially the peach cobbler, are wonderful. The restaurant boasts a great location with views of the Columbia River and a well-curated wine list, though the wine markup can be high.
