“Always the best fries, great burger specials, excellent cod and halibut! I really really appreciated the little packets of malt vinegar to go, but was shocked you don’t have ANY hot sauce. On the tables or packets! Really? Even just Tabasco?“

“We got the Shrimp fry bread and fish and chips. Shrimp fry bread had good flavor and the bread was soft, yet crispy edges. The fish and chips were way too greasy for me, but the bite I did take had a good flavor.
Atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. Service is great!“

“Poor service and the owner is extremely rude. There was only 2 tables other than ours being waited on . We ended up leaving after no service for 20 minutes . After reading the response the owner left on other Google reviewers posts I'm glad we did not stay.“

“owners are awesome, foods perfect, and if you like spicy this the place for you. i had the ribeye potatoes brussel sprouts and slaw. it was cooked absolutely perfect and the flavors were spot on. 10 out of 10 for me.“
“A couple years ago I got 4 crabs from this company, all 4 were Molting. I sent him pictures and they sent me a goft certificate for 4 crab. Unfortunately living over 4 hours away i just got back down here when taking my kids to Seaside. The original owner sold it little over a year ago. The new owner would not accept the certificate. I even offered to buy 2 if I got 2, or even buy 2 and get 1 or something?? The best he said he could do is 10% off? When a company sells to another they should validate the certificate in some sort of way, especially if sign is still out there. But, I was turned away with no help I will recommend NO one to go here!! Stay clear, from this place, especially if you have a gift cert from the old company. The employee even admitted "(I know it still has the name on the sign there, it should be changed)"“

“This is one of Astoria’s best kept secrets… there’s a reason it’s “local” the food is best food you can find.. we don’t eat fast food. This food is good. Absolutely my favorite place to eat! My mom loves it. when my aunt visits she always wants to eat there too! If you try it you will be a regular! The family that owns it are nice & community oriented and they know the customers. You can’t find a better meal for the price!“

“Ate there 2x with family during a visit to Astoria. Everyone enjoyed the food. Chicken sandwich was great and a lot to eat. Others enjoyed the rueben, the fondue which also comes with a lot of apple slices to dip. We ended up going back because everyone liked it. Prices were a bit high in my opinion but it's a nice venue and staff is friendly.“

“Get the fish-wich. I felt an almost childlike nostalgia for the best fish sandwich I had up to this point - knowing this was better. Simple and just right.
Unfortunately (post Astoria 10k) they were way behind. So tables became very competitive. They need shades for that blazing sun. And honestly- the chowder was ho-hum. But…that fish-wich….“
