“"WOW" really encapsulates my partner and I's dinner experience here. We originally planned on going to the SEA Crab House, but saw the menu on the window of this place and couldn't help but change our plans. Their menu is broken into courses with the smaller/shareable plates in courses 1-2, and the heartier options in courses 3-4. Everything on the menu looked terrific, which made it so hard to choose. We ended up starting with the deviled eggs & arugula salad, and then each got a pasta for our main course. I really want to emphasize I am not exaggerating at all when I say that all of the food was absolutely splendid AND, if that isn't enough, the prices are great. My shrimp linguine was a very generous portion and only $18. The quality of the food compared to the price is probably the best I've ever experienced. Also, the deviled eggs are a must. On top of the food being great, our waitress was amazing. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. It wasn't super busy when we first arrived (maybe 4:30pm), but the place was pretty full with people waiting by the time we left. After one dinner, Fede is 100% our new go-to dinner spot when visiting Astoria. I can't wait to come back and try other items on the menu!“
“You’d probably say to yourself, as someone who isn’t a fan of seafood, this probably isn’t the place for you. That’s what I thought too!I was wrong. The food here is really good, so much so that even I was into it. Not just idly, either, we had to scrap for the crab cakes. Do yourself a favor and give this place a go, even if you’re only marginally curious about the fare—it’ll sell you. Well done y’all.“
“7 minutes drive out from the city, across a bridge, worth the drive but pricy $$-$$$, $28 four piece halibut fish-and-chips probably good for two to share. Don’t miss out the seafood chowder, bid chunk of seafood, I mean whole piece big not in pieces. By the way, no alcohol offered here, no IPA so a small disappointment.Just an update to share that we came again to find only Tuesday they make seafood chowder.“
“Been here several times. The food is always good and the staff always friendly. On our most recent visit, I ordered the ahi with crispy rice and carrot puree. It was incredible! The fish was cooked perfectly and the dish was very well balanced. We also had the Blondie with ice cream and it was also delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!“
“Great locals spot! The food is tasty, fresh and affordable. Highly commend the Kalbi beef mix plate. Make sure to ask for a side of chili pepper sauce!Vegetarian options: There aren't vegetarian options just a heads up. But everything on the menu is incredible!“
“If you’ve just driven from Portland, you’re violently hungover and you’ve been napping the entire time your friend is driving… this is the cure you didn’t know you needed. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, and the seating is plentiful. While this is a great place for family and friends, with large shareable tables, there’s also cozy booths that allow you to slink into your own regrets from the night before. I highly recommend the enchiladas, because who doesn’t love anything smothered in cheese and sauce? Depending on your appetite, you might even end up with leftovers that future you will thank hungover you for.“
“Decent place, we had lunch here while visiting Astoria and checking out the Goonies Jail and house. Our twin 8 year old boys had the hamburger and PB&J which both come with chips, my wife had the Fish-Wich and I had the Salmon BLT with the Bouy IPA ( which was pretty good), we had curly fries with our sandwiches which was an extra $2 per order, it's not typical restaurant, you go to the counter to order and then a server/expediter brings out your food, refills you have to go up to the counter and they do not have fountain soft drinks it's all in cans or bottles except the iced tea. They have lots of menu options and clean bathrooms, service was good.“
