“Unfortunately this just isnt the resturant or experience it used to be. Offerings are far less and no cheese curds or gf was sad. Food has gone down hill drastically and walk up counter ordering just makes it fast food.

Chowder is full of flavor and with real seafood. I bet everything on the menu taste wonderful. Unexpected surprise at this small town. Would definitely recommend and come back again....“

“A couple years ago I got 4 crabs from this company, all 4 were Molting. I sent him pictures and they sent me a goft certificate for 4 crab. Unfortunately living over 4 hours away i just got back down here when taking my kids to Seaside. The original owner sold it little over a year ago. The new owner would not accept the certificate. I even offered to buy 2 if I got 2, or even buy 2 and get 1 or something?? The best he said he could do is 10% off? When a company sells to another they should validate the certificate in some sort of way, especially if sign is still out there. But, I was turned away with no help I will recommend NO one to go here!! Stay clear, from this place, especially if you have a gift cert from the old company. The employee even admitted "(I know it still has the name on the sign there, it should be changed)"“

“This is one of Astoria’s best kept secrets… there’s a reason it’s “local” the food is best food you can find.. we don’t eat fast food. This food is good. Absolutely my favorite place to eat! My mom loves it. when my aunt visits she always wants to eat there too! If you try it you will be a regular! The family that owns it are nice & community oriented and they know the customers.
