“Decent place, we had lunch here while visiting Astoria and checking out the Goonies Jail and house. Our twin 8 year old boys had the hamburger and PB&J which both come with chips, my wife had the Fish-Wich and I had the Salmon BLT with the Bouy IPA ( which was pretty good), we had curly fries with our sandwiches which was an extra $2 per order, it's not typical restaurant, you go to the counter to order and then a server/expediter brings out your food, refills you have to go up to the counter and they do not have fountain soft drinks it's all in cans or bottles except the iced tea. They have lots of menu options and clean bathrooms, service was good.“

Obelisk Beer Co Brewery •
598 Bond St, Astoria

“You need to check this brewery out.We stopped by here to check out the new kid on the brewing block in Astoria, and we were pleasantly surprised. We bought a taster of all 7 beers they had on tap at the time, and all were well-executed brews. Only 2 IPAs, which is always refreshing to those of us who drink something else besides unbalanced hop bombs. But even both their IPAs were really good. The gem is the English Best Bitter, served on a beer engine.Serious kudos to them for keeping this exceedingly rare beer and serving style alive in America!Their dry Irish stout deserves mention for its high roastiness but lighter body to keep it from being too filling.Another must-try is their Saison. Oh man it’s rare to find a commercial example of this style that’s as well balanced as their Chit Chat Saison. Hoppy, Belgiany, fruity esters galore, and a smooth frothy carbonation that my wife and I fought over the last couple sips of our taster version. We can’t wait to see what they brew up next!“

Breakside Brewery - Astoria Brewery •
1355 Exchange St, Astoria

“Yet another great brewery addition in Astoria! It's a spacious indoors with a couple televisions and lots of bar seating. There are a few picnic tables out front and the front doors roll up to make the inside open air for warmer days. The beer is always top notch at Breakside; this visit was no exception. I only had the wedge salad but the Mama Lil's Peppers set it off. The service was great as well. Highly recommend a stop when in Astoria if you're new to or familiar with Breakside.“

“Man, the view from the dining area in this restaurant is absolutely stunning! It's like you're on a boat with the rest of the ships on the water. Service was great at the bar where we sat and folks who brought out our food from the kitchen, both the guy and the lady were so easy to talk to and very hospitable, even at closing time. Bartender was a cutie, and made me a really good peppermint hot chocolate drink because I was freezing and soaked from the rain. Thanks for a great meal, and great company, I appreciated your time.Vegetarian options: The side salad was very fresh, and had extras like red bell pepper, cheese, and croutons, cherry tomatoes. It would be a great veg meal option.Parking: We parked on commercial street and walked to dinner from several blocks away. You can most always find street parking a block or less from your destination in Astoria. Unless it's a super busy summer event weekend scheduled in town“

Astoria Brewing Co Taproom on 12th Brewpubs • $
119 12th St, Astoria

“This was a great spot! Everyone in our party of 4 wanted something different. We were able to make everyone happy here. The food was so tasty and the service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and funny. It was really quiet (Tuesday night) but the decor inside was fun. There were a ton of souvenirs available for purchase too, so that is great for tourists! I'd definitely go back and try something else next time (because everyone loved their food so everything seemed good on the menu).“
