“Good food and a cute little experience. Their fish is pure crispy goodness and their fries are wonderful. We stop in every time we are in town— would absolutely recommend! They also are only serving fish and chips, which is super nice if you have a shellfish allergy and are concerned about cross contamination!“

“I decided to sightsee in Astoria, and found this little gem of a craft beer taproom in downtown Astoria. I grabbed one of their hard ciders and really glad I did. They do not have a food menu, but as you can see from my photos, there are food carts just outside Buoy Beer where you can order delish seafood like fish & chips and other seafood items, if you get hungry while you drink.
Their atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. The bartender was very friendly and I could have hung out there longer than I did, but I had a bus to catch. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, so on the rare occasions when the coast is sunny, there are outdoor tables where you can enjoy the rays.
For any Portlanders or non Astorians looking for a new place to hang out and chill and drink good beers and booze, I think you owe yourself to give this place a try!“

“So good. Large portion size. Obviously a talented chef. Served all of us (carnivore, herbivore, omnivore). Incredibly delicious and served with kindness! Outside seating. I’m saving the phone number so I can call ahead and order for pick up. This one is going straight to power rotation.“

“Very roomy, with lots of space inside and outside to sit. A variety of table types- bar height, regular tables, booths, and tables with bench seating. Easy to find a space that works for you. Food was great- chowder is 10/10. Albacore fish and chips were delicious. We enjoyed the beer we chose, the root beer, and kombucha. Would absolutely return!“

“If y’all looking for some truly authentic Vietnamese dishes then this is the place and Astoria of all places!! We were extremely surprised to find such an amazing Vietnamese restaurant on the coast with a splendid atmosphere and a space filled with eclectic art pieces. The food is tremendous and the taste is as authentic as you can get!“

“Love their food, prices are very fair, but the seating is uncompfortable and the rest rooms are always clean. the servers are always very nice. Bottom line , it's one of my favorite places to eat in Astoria and I moved here 2 1/2 yrs ago. To me, they make the best hambuger in the surrunding area and I tried them all!“
